Experience the future of opera at OperaBend’s Rising Voices, a captivating concert showcasing the next generation of exceptional vocal talent. Serving as the culmination of an intensive three-day Young Artist Workshop, this performance features a select group of emerging singers from across the Pacific Northwest who are preparing to launch their professional careers in opera. Comprised of current and recent college graduates, these promising artists spend the workshop receiving expert coaching in vocal performance, stage presence, performance practice, and the realities of the opera profession. The concert offers audiences a unique opportunity to hear these rising stars at a pivotal moment in their artistic journey, presenting an inspiring program of operatic favorites and hidden gems that highlights both their talent and potential.
